bringing craftsmanship, professionalism, and
client-first service to homeowners
Meet Dustin
Dustin Cunningham’s passion for building started early. As a young child, he learned hands-on construction alongside his stepfather while working on a large development in the Santa Cruz Mountains—Redwood Meadows Ranch.
Later, while attending UC Berkeley, Dustin continued gaining practical experience by working weekends and summers with Momsen Construction in the East Bay, building the foundation of what would become a lifelong career in residential construction.
From 1997–1999, Dustin worked with Ridgeline Builders as a framer, quickly earning a lead position while building semi-custom tract homes in the Eugene, Oregon area. In late 1999, he relocated to Los Angeles, and in November 2000, Cunningham Construction opened its doors—bringing craftsmanship, professionalism, and client-first service to homeowners throughout Pasadena and greater Los Angeles.
For the past 23 years, Dustin has lived in and around Pasadena, Altadena, and neighboring communities—giving him a deep understanding of the homes, architecture, and local building environment in the area. In the wake of the 2025 fires that devastated so many Altadena families and properties, he is especially committed to helping homeowners rebuild with care, integrity, and lasting quality.
